</div><div><p><span style="">The machining team leader will serve as frontline leadership for the machining operations team. This role is responsible for directing daily activities, developing employees, and optimizing the use of people, equipment, and materials to meet production, quality, and delivery goals. </span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2>

<li style=""><span style="">Provide focus and direction to production employees. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Manage resources (people, materials, equipment) to optimize throughput and quality. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Balance production with validation runs, equipment upgrades, process improvements and maintenance activities. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Meet all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Build a culture of process discipline and change management. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Track and report production metrics. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Develop staffing and training plans for production operators. </span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Build effective relationships with operators and support groups.</span></li>
<li style=""><span style="">Perform employee performance reviews. Administer feedback and recognition when appropriate.</span></li>

Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. </span></p>
