Management Analyst
Overview
Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Management Analyst. The Management Analyst supporting the Bureau of Counterterrorismās Office of Counterterrorism Coordination (CT/CTC) serves as a liaison to facilitate information sharing and coordinating a range of projects and tasks that contribute to the Bureauās overall efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing taskers and information requests, coordinating document development and clearance processes, supporting leadership engagement and diplomatic activities, and assisting with meetings, conferences, high level visits, and strategic communications. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the day-to-day working level POC for U.S. Department of State and the interagency, on the Annual Country Reports on Terrorism (CRT)
- Meet with the CRT lead to review defined overall goals and objectives of completing the report and assist with putting them into effect. Duties may include: collecting data, editing inputs from stakeholders so the CRT so has one voice, circulating and following up on clearances, and tracking the overall progress of the development, clearance, and publication of the CRT
- Work across DOS to draft information requests/ALDACs, and collect and analyze input from Embassies and the interagency, as well as relevant functional and regional bureaus, in the development of the CRT
- Support the development of SOPs and develop and maintain web-based platforms to coordinate and track CRT and CTC office taskers, and interagency review of documents and products to improve CT/CTC coordination efforts
- Assist CT/CTC in responding to taskers, RFIs, and data calls
- Provide support to CTC staff and office leadership
- Liaise with a wide array of regional and functional bureaus with the DOS and interagency on a routine basis to communicate effectively and advance CT bureau goals and objectives
- In coordination with the relevant regional and functional bureaus, advise the Office Director, Deputy Director, and Team Lead on specific projects in their areas of responsibility
- Support bilateral and multilateral diplomatic engagements involving the Secretary of State and other Department and interagency principals
- Participate in interagency meetings as they relate to the areas of responsibility and help prepare leadership for various local and international meetings, speeches, and presentations
- Conduct outreach to manage relationships with international organizations and NGOs
- Support the organizationās conduct of conferences and meetings
- Support other projects as directed, including high-level USG visits
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in literature search, task analysis, and multitasking under tight deadlines with short turnaround times and competing priorities. They have experience with flow charting of work processes and graphing, and intermediate experience in communicating in both written and verbal format with all levels of staff, including senior level officials internal and external to an organization. They must possess strong ability to write and edit all types of business documentation, including reports, memos, concept notes, briefing materials, and email communication.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelorās degree required
- 3 years experience required
Clearance Requirement: Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI required. Must be a U.S. citizen.Ā
