Manager, Analytics
ROLE SUMMARY
The Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) team within the organization is dedicated to transforming data into actionable intelligence, enabling the business to remain competitive and innovative in a data-driven world.
Are you energized by tracking the competitive landscape and turning it into strategic advantage? Do you thrive at the intersection of market intelligence, commercial strategy, and data-driven insight? Join our team as a Manager, Competitive Intelligence, where you will monitor, analyze, and synthesize the external environment to shape how Pfizer competes and wins across international markets.
As a Manager, Competitive Intelligence within GCA, you are a trusted thought partner to commercial, marketing, and clinical development leadership. You don't just monitor — you synthesize, connect, and provoke. You translate complex competitor data, clinical trial signals, regulatory events, and earnings intelligence into clear, decision-ready insights that inform portfolio strategy, launch planning, and commercial execution.
You work closely with International Commercial AI leadership, brand and portfolio marketing teams, and cross-functional governance forums to ensure the competitive and external view is always current, credible, and actionable. You are self-directed, rigorous in your analysis, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
