This role partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Human Resources, and other business functions to transform complex data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting will design and maintain business intelligence solutions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve business performance through analytics and process optimization. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, providing leadership with timely insights that support commercialization, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
