Manager – Data Governance & Metadata Management

Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are seeking a <strong>Data Governance Manager</strong> to lead the design, implementation, and operationalization of a comprehensive <strong>enterprise data governance framework</strong>. The role will ensure that data across the organization is accurate, consistent, secure, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Purview</strong>, <strong>Snowflake</strong>, and <strong>Talend</strong>, along with strong knowledge of <strong>metadata management, data lineage, and data quality frameworks</strong>. Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)</strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li><strong>5–8 years</strong> of progressive experience in <strong>Data Governance</strong>, <strong>Metadata Management</strong>, or <strong>Data Quality</strong>.</li><li>Strong expertise in <strong>Microsoft Purview</strong> for metadata ingestion, lineage visualization, and policy enforcement.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Snowflake Data Cloud</strong>, <strong>Azure Synapse</strong>, and <strong>Talend Data Fabric/ETL pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to define and maintain <strong>data glossaries, reference data models</strong>, and <strong>lineage automation</strong>.</li><li>Experience integrating governance controls with <strong>ServiceNow</strong>, <strong>JIRA</strong>, and <strong>Azure DevOps</strong> for issue tracking and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>data protection and compliance policies</strong> (masking, retention, encryption, RBAC).</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of <strong>DAMA-DMBOK</strong> and <strong>EDM Council CDMC</strong> governance frameworks.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive governance adoption across IT and business teams.</li></ul><div align="center" style="text-align:center;"><hr align="center"></div><div><strong>3.
