About the Role

Support the delivery of the Group People Analytics agenda by developing actionable workforce insights, maintaining data governance standards, enabling self-service reporting leveraging AI and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to support data-driven workforce decisions.

The role is responsible for translating business requirements into meaningful analytics solutions, driving data quality improvements, and ensuring consistent and reliable HR reporting across the Group.

Roles and Responsibilities:

People Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce trends across key people metrics including headcount, turnover, hiring, internal mobility, talent development, engagement, learning, and diversity.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support predictive and advanced analytics initiatives by preparing data, validating outputs, and translating findings into business actions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and Business Units to understand analytics requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

AI, Workforce Intelligence & Insights Agents

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of AI-powered People Analytics solutions.
  • Partner with HR, Technology and Innovation Team to identify opportunities to automate insight generation and enhance decision-making through AI and machine learning.
  • Translate business questions and workforce challenges into AI-enabled use cases and analytics products.
  • Define business requirements, prompts, guardrails, and success metrics for workforce insights agents and HR AI solutions.
  • Develop scalable workforce intelligence capabilities that proactively identify people risks, workforce trends, talent opportunities, and emerging business challenges.
  • Ensure AI solutions are aligned with Group governance, responsible AI principles, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor AI solution effectiveness, adoption, accuracy, and business value realization through ongoing measurement and optimization.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using approved visualization platforms e.g. PowerBI.
  • Ensure consistent reporting definitions, calculations, and standards across Business Units.
  • Produce recurring management reports and workforce metrics for Group HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Manage reporting enhancements and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted analytics partner to HR teams and business stakeholders by providing timely and relevant workforce insights.
  • Translate business challenges into analytical questions and actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to HR and business audiences.
  • Support change management and adoption of analytics solutions across markets and functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of group wide cross entity movement records and Senior Management data. 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with 12–15 years’ experience in HR and or people insights role.
  • Experience with Workday or any other HCM SaaS.
  • Experience with PowerBI or any other Reporting Platform
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence and lead without authority.
  • Conceptual thinker, process oriented, with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Optimistic, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Global mindset, passion for diversity, and ability to build trusted relationships across cultures.
