Manager, Routing Strategy & Analytics
Overview
National Debt Relief is seeking a Routing Strategy & Analytics Manager to join our Routing Analytics & Revenue Analytics Strategy team. This team evaluates lead quality and develops and executes strategies that optimally balance performance with cost. The Routing Strategy Manager will own intra-day performance monitoring, drive long-term roadmap development, and partner cross-functionally to deliver results.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that rewards curiosity, autonomy, and the confidence to challenge norms. Non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends are required on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Monitor intra-day performance across routing channels; identify trends and recommend real-time strategic adjustments.
- Develop and maintain a strategic routing roadmap, including initiative prioritization and sequencing.
- Build and present business cases to executive leadership to create buy-in on strategic recommendations.
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and analytics to design, deliver, and execute routing strategies.
- Interpret performance dashboards, conduct ad hoc analysis, and report on KPIs on a regular cadence.
- Evaluate lead quality and contribute to strategies that optimize the balance between performance and cost.
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing conditions — making sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, metrics frameworks, and analytical tooling.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related field required. Advanced degree: MBA, MS Analytics, MS Finance, or equivalent perferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with dashboards, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Proven ability to operate both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and willing to question existing processes and decisions.
- Experience in a sales or call center environment preferred.

Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00About National Debt Relief
