It sits between ERP (business planning) and MES/SCADA/shop floor systems, </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">acting as the overarching layer that coordinates, optimizes, and monitors end to end production activities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Mission of the Role</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">As an Manufacturing Systems Analyst - LJS, you help make sure the LJS system works well for the business. You work closely with users and IT teams to turn business needs into simple, effective system solutions that improve day-to-day operations.</span><br><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Support system improvements, updates, and new features.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Work with IT teams, vendors, and business users to deliver solutions.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Test system changes and support go-live activities.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Provide support for system issues and user questions.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Create clear documentation and user guides.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance.</span><br><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Technical Skills and Qualifications</strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Required</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Strong IT background with experience in business and system analysis.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with project delivery and working with stakeholders.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting (SQL/T-SQL).</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Understanding of Agile and system development life cycle.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Good level of English, written and spoken.</span><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Preferred</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Experience with manufacturing or operational systems.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• ERP experience (SAP, QAD, or similar).</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, or reporting tools.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Basic programming knowledge (C#/.NET).</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar.</span><br><br><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Strong problem-solver with a proactive mindset.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Well organised and able to manage priorities effectively.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Able to explain technical topics in a simple way.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• Positive team player with a collaborative attitude.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">• <strong>Willing to travel up to 20% across EMEA.</strong></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> </span></span></p>
