Marketing Analyst
The Marketing Analyst will be a key strategic and operational partner for the Marketing Manager, supporting the execution and analysis of marketing activities for Advanced Wound Care Category across North LATAM (Mexico, Central America and Caribbean).
This role goes beyond a traditional analyst position. It requires a high-performing, fast-learning professional with strong analytical thinking, practical execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across countries, channels, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strategic mindset + hands-on execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and with clear business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Business Insights
Conduct market updates and first-view analyses across assigned countries.
Analyze sales performance, market share, growth drivers, and competitive dynamics across channels.
Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Budget & Financial Administration
Own the tracking and control of A&P budget execution, ensuring alignment with approved plans, identifying deviations, and proactively driving corrective actions.
Assist in pricing analysis, competitive price monitoring, and updates.
Support basic P&L understanding and ROI analysis of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Materials Development
Coordinate and drive the update, adaptation, and development of promotional materials for HCPs, patients, and sales force, ensuring consistency across markets and channels.
Collaborate closely with agencies, design teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, insight-driven materials aligned with brand strategy and positioning.
Own the end-to-end review and approval process with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams, ensuring compliance while maintaining agility in execution.
Digital Marketing & E‑commerce Support
Oversee digital marketing initiatives managed by external agencies, ensuring strategic alignment and quality execution.
Supervise campaign execution and performance tracking (email, web, paid media).
Coordinate e-commerce initiatives with agencies, ensuring proper implementation.
Monitor KPIs and hold agencies accountable for performance and optimization.
Events & Logistics Management
Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of marketing participation in local, regional, and national events. (Congresses, Round Tables, Scientific meetings, etc).
Coordinate vendors, materials, samples, and timelines, ensuring flawless on-site execution.
Support ROI assessment of events in collaboration with sales and key accounts.
Cross‑functional & Regional Support
Partner with sales, education teams, and Medical Affairs to ensure effective deployment and utilization of marketing materials and tools across markets.
Coordinate samples logistics and monitor distribution, ensuring availability, traceability, and alignment with commercial needs.
Collaborate across countries with different levels of market maturity, adapting execution approaches to local needs, priorities, and promotional strategies.
Required Skills & Capabilities
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: segmentation, positioning, pricing, and campaign execution.
Budget management and financial follow‑up skills.
Experience working with agencies and external vendors.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing and performance metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required).
Behavioral & Strategic Capabilities
Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.
High learning agility and adaptability to new markets and business challenges.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ownership mentality: treats brands, budgets, and projects as their own.
Clear, structured, and concise communication.
Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to escalate.
Experience & Education
3–6 years of experience in marketing roles (pharma, medtech, healthcare, FMCG, or B2B preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience working in regional or multi‑country roles is a strong plus.
