What you’ll be working on

Are you a commercially minded analyst who thrives on turning complex data into actionable business insights? We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in uncovering customer trends, market opportunities, and revenue growth initiatives.

In this highly data-driven position, you'll analyse customer volumes and behaviour patterns, assess market activity and trends, and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, improve reporting capabilities, and help drive commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse customer, market, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to support business decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through customer and market analytics.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, customer analytics, pricing, and product-related initiatives.
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that improve business performance and processes.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to management and business leaders.
  • Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, tools, and analytical processes.

What You Bring

  • Experience in marketing analytics, commercial analysis, finance, or a similar quantitative business analysis role.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
