This is a hybrid opportunity based at our downtown Toronto headquarters, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in office. 

About the Role 

The Marketing Insights & Reporting Analyst plays a critical role within the Marketing Operations & Analytics team, helping transform data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance and business decision making. 

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, producing recurring reporting, supporting marketing measurement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization across Marketing. The role works closely with Marketing and Outside Sales teams to provide visibility into performance across Direct, Repeat, Agent, Integrated Marketing, and Partnership programs. 

This position serves as the operational analytics engine for the department, enabling the successful execution of the Marketing Analytics roadmap while supporting the organization's broader goals of data-driven decision making, automation, and responsible AI adoption. 

What You'll Do 

Dashboard Development, Reporting Automation & AI Enablement 

  • Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. 
  • Support the development and enhancement of executive scorecards, KPI tracking, and performance reporting frameworks.  
  • Assist with reporting automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.  
  • Partner with BI, CRM, Digital, and Technology teams to validate reporting requirements and outputs.  
  • Support testing, QA, documentation, and rollout of new reporting capabilities. 

Marketing Measurement & Attribution Support 

  • Support marketing & Agent Sales measurement initiatives including lead reporting, funnel analysis, conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign performance measurement. 
  • Assist in maintaining KPI definitions, benchmarks, measurement documentation, and reporting standards across all marketing channels. 
  • Support post-campaign analysis, test-and-learn initiatives, and performance optimization recommendations. 

Data Quality & Reporting Governance 

  • Maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across dashboards and scorecards. 
  • Support KPI governance by documenting metric definitions, business rules, and reporting methodologies. 
  • Identify reporting gaps and data quality issues and work with stakeholders to implement solutions. 

Competitive, Customer & Industry Insights 

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Support outside sales & agent team insights and account planning. 
  • Monitor external benchmarks and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies. 

What You Bring 

  • 2-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.  
  • Experience working with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.  
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance across digital and social channels.  
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or similar tools.  
  • Experience supporting reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, semantic models, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or similar modern analytics and data platforms. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Experience within travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or consumer marketing environments is considered an asset. 
  • Experience using AI-powered productivity, analytics, or reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI AI features, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation. 
  • Understanding of responsible AI principles, data governance, and the importance of validating AI-generated outputs.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $60,000 to $70,000.
