As the Marketing Operations Senior Analyst, you'll help operate and improve the marketing operations foundation for eVestment, supporting campaign execution, marketing automation, lead management, reporting, data quality, documentation, and connected martech workflows.

You'll thrive in this position if you're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and energized by translating business needs into scalable processes and reliable reporting in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Pardot/Account Engagement administrator and subject matter expert, managing user setup, folder governance, platform limits, quarterly release reviews, and operational standards.
  • Partner with the eVestment marketing team on building and maintaining Salesforce connected campaigns, forms, completion actions, automation rules, campaign assets, event execution, campaign member management, list hygiene, and data uploads.
  • Own and optimize lead management processes, including routing, Sales/BDR handoff, SLAs, training, and feedback loops that improve follow-up and conversion visibility.
  • Build, maintain, and refresh executive-ready CRM Analytics (Tableau) and Salesforce dashboards, partnering with reporting owners to keep dashboards current, consistent, and usable for Marketing, Sales, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Serve as first-line operational support for Pardot connected martech platforms, including CRM Analytics, Goldcast, Storylane, Highspot, Bizzabo, BriteVerify, DemandTools, Knak, and 6sense.
  • Coordinate with platform owners and business partners on integration updates, launch readiness and support, troubleshooting, documentation, adoption planning, training, and post-launch optimization.
  • Maintain process documentation, onboarding materials, best practices, dashboard guidance, data quality standards, field definitions, campaign member logic, and source-of-truth references to improve consistency across teams and reporting outputs.
  • Apply an AI-forward mindset by looking for opportunities to use automation, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging tools to improve efficiency, documentation, reporting, enablement, and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, marketing automation, or campaign operations, ideally in financial services, SaaS, or capital markets.
  • Hands-on, admin experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience documenting processes, training new users, presenting, supporting operational change management, following governance standards, and naming conventions.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with workflow management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Salesforce/technology teams, and enablement partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CRM Analytics/Tableau/Databricks/Power BI or similar tool, Salesforce marketing dashboards, and campaign attribution.
  • Exposure to martech platforms such as 6sense, Goldcast, Storylane, Highspot, Bizzabo, BriteVerify, DemandTools, Knak, or Gong.
  • Working knowledge of marketing privacy, consent, and customer data governance requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

This position will be located in Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
