Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:</p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul class="a7d1f5fa _8d6e9b64"> <li>Manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance.</li> <li>Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.</li> <li>Coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic).</li> <li>Support reporting for literature distribution.</li> <li>Oversee print production workflows (Litho &amp; Print on Demand).</li> <li>Manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials.</li> <li>Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations.</li> <li>Identify and improve workflow efficiencies</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Must-have Skills</strong></p> <ul class="a7d1f5fa _8d6e9b64"> <li>Experience with <strong>T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill)</strong> or similar.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing).</li> <li>Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.</li> <li>Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.</li> <li>Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management.</li> <li>Workflow/traffic coordination experience.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></em></p> <p><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency</strong>: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
