In this position...
As a Vehicle Remarketing Analyst, you will identify, analyze and develop solutions to enhance and support Vehicle Remarketing systems and processes that manage used vehicle inventory and sales. You will work closely with our Ford Credit IT partners to help deliver system updates and enhancements. You will also work with internal and external customers to coordinate and communicate changes, lead implementations and troubleshoot issues.
This role is in Dearborn, MI and is a hybrid work model (in-office 4 days/week).
What you'll do...
- Learning Vehicle Remarketing business processes to become the subject matter expert by documenting business process flows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Serving as the business lead on development and enhancement projects for Vehicle Remarketing systems that manage Ford and Ford Credit used vehicle inventory and sales.
- Developing business requirements and process flows and working with our IT partners to create/update specifications. Develop test plans and cases, review IT test results and perform UAT testing to validate business requirements. Log issues and work with the IT team to resolve.
- Working with other Ford and Ford Credit business and system areas to provide analytical support and troubleshooting for requests such as cash flows, account balances, tax audits, and data requests.
- Maintaining inbound and outbound record layouts and communicating changes to all customers both inside and outside the Company.
- Coordinating and reviewing testing for all changes between vehicle remarketing systems and external systems such as auction and ramp systems.
- Assisting customers within the company (Vehicle Remarketing Area Managers, Ford Credit Central Office and Business Centers, CVMS, ARS, eFRIS, Wholesale, CATS, Dealer Contracts, Ford of Canada, Treasury, etc.) with problem resolution, information requests, intra-company communications, new program coordination and follow-up.
- Assisting Used Vehicle Information System (UVIS) customers outside the company (AutoTec, Auctions, Carfax/Carproof, etc.) with problem resolution, information requests, inter-company communications, new program coordination, and follow-up.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent field
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Program/project management experience, business requirement and Test Case development experience.
- Ad hoc reporting experience (WebFocus experience preferred), Microsoft Office application experience - including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Even better, you may have...
- Prior vehicle termination processing, UVIS/VRHUB, Workflow and DISNE experience
- Familiarity with project management software (i.e. JIRA)

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
