You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables, accurate data processing, and timely communication of project progress. This role requires strong expertise in survey methodology, survey programming, data analysis, and reporting, along with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable business insights. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Survey Design & Programming</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Program surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar survey tools.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement advanced survey logic, piping, branching, quotas, and randomization.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct comprehensive quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure survey functionality and respondent experience.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Review and refine surveys to improve data quality and research rigor.</li> </ul> <h3>Data Processing & Crosstab Development</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clean, validate, and prepare survey datasets for analysis.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Code, recode, and structure variables to support reporting requirements.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain crosstab reports aligned with business objectives and analysis plans.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure consistency and accuracy across data cuts and key variables.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience designing and drafting quantitative survey questionnaires.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong survey programming experience with Qualtrics, Decipher, or comparable platforms.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with survey logic, branching, quotas, randomization, and QA testing.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stable employment history demonstrating consistent tenure and growth within previous roles.</li> </ul> </div> Salary Range  At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $25 to $27.98 USD/Hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
