The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining and validating part codes, Bills of Materials (BOM) and product-related data to support Supply Chain, Customer Care, Product Management and Operations. This role is critical in enabling efficient business processes by ensuring reliable and structured master data while supporting product launches, change management and daily operational needs.

What you will do

  • Master Data Management:

    • Create and maintain part codes, Bills of Materials (BOM), item-language data, cross-references, and aliases in M3.

    • Process daily part code requests and new product launch requirements accurately and in a timely manner.

    • Ensure product descriptions, attributes, and master data structures are technically and commercially accurate.

  • Product Configuration & System Maintenance:

    • Maintain product structures, drawings, and specifications in M3, in alignment with GDP revisions and updates.

    • Action Change Control Documents (CCD) related to master data and/or BOM updates, ensuring all required system changes are completed.

    • Lead M3 implementation activities for product obsolescence and part code deletions.

  • Data Quality & Governance:

    • Monitor and review part code and BOM inputs created in M3 for accuracy, completeness, and correct definition.

    • Identify master data errors, investigate root causes, and coordinate required corrections with relevant data owners or creators.

    • Measure part code and BOM accuracy against departmental goals and support continuous improvement actions.

  • Operational Support/ Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Support Supply Chain, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, and other departments with master data-related requests.

    • Notify other part code creators when corrections, updates, or alignment are required.

    • Provide master data support for Engineered Product requests where new or updated part codes, BOMs, or product structures are required.

    • Provide guidance to stakeholders on correct master data usage, structure, and system requirements.

    • Share process knowledge and support consistent execution of master data activities across stakeholders.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain or a related field.

  • Experience in master data management, product configuration or a similar data-focused role

  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and ERP/data management tools; M3 experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in English; other European languages are an asset.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
