About The Job We are currently recruiting for a Master Data Manager within our Supply Chain Department. This is a Maternity Cover Specified Purpose, full-time contract (approximately 12 months). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of data governance and data maintenance in line with global driven processes. They will prepare, maintain, and manage all requirements in relation to global and local master data initiatives. Perform monthly audits of all local Master Data changes made and monitor appropriate users actioning changes; and be the Single Point of Contact for all Master Data/SAP queries and ensure timely resolution of issues Core responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform Master Data transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures such as recipe BOMs, routings and production versions to support planning teams Support the local Activity and PCM team with BOM changes and seasonality changes through ECN’s to allow for accurate and correct changes be implemented as needed Support the local master data owners to ensure all legacy system information is always correct and fully up to date First point of contact for with the Central Master Data team and to ensure the Orsoft system is aligned to the needs of the local master data owners. Engage with Central Master Data team on regular obsolescence activities with support from local material owners Provide prompt and accurate feedback regarding system changes ensuring all changes are documented and traceable with Danone Internal Control guidelines for audit purposes. Keep monthly audits on changes to Wexford related customer, vendor and materials both within Wexford and Central/at other Danone CBUs to ensure changes are actioned by appropriate users Ensuring ad hoc system related changes are performed and communicated correctly and ensure Master Data Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date Participate in projects for new products and/or new flows and manage the delivery of accurate master data to support projects that have an impact on the site objectives Act as key reference point with respect to master data queries, clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required and share process and technical knowledge openly Provide master data management support and back up to Macroom Be the Supply Chain lead for business critical and data related projects, by managing and coordinating new processes and tools. Support with Damaintis related master data regarding Functional Locations and Maintenance Planning, engage in system investigation and testing to improve system efficiencies and ways of working About You The Ideal Candidate: Degree in a Supply Chain or related discipline preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a master data background. Strong analytical skills and ability to read and interpret large amounts of data. Sense of curiosity and willingness to learn new things. Good communication and team-player behaviour. System-driven profile & strong proficiency in systems and programmes, e. SAP, APO, Excel and Powerpoint. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload Structured approach and great attention to detail. Supply Chain knowledge is beneficial.
