This role supports procurement and inventory control by analyzing data, forecasting needs, and ensuring timely availability of materials to meet operational demands. Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze maintenance schedules and historical usage to forecast material requirements.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct regular audits of material inventories and reconcile discrepancies.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics).</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain min/max inventory thresholds aligned with operational goals.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Track supplier performance and escalate issues impacting material availability.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist in evaluating alternative materials or suppliers to reduce cost and improve reliability.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Generate reports and dashboards to track material usage, inventory turnover, and cost trends.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Support special projects such as warehouse optimization and vendor transitions.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>  Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Required:</li> </ul> <ul> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">3 + years of experience in materials planning, inventory control, or procurement analytics.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor, Dynamics) and Excel-based analysis.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of oilfield operations and material requirements.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong computer skills are a must (Microsoft Office Suite)</li> </ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Preferred: </li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">APICS or CPIM certification.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with frac sand logistics, mining operations, or industrial maintenance.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Power BI based report building and data analysis</li> </ul> </ul> Reporting Relationship: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Reports To: Procurement Ops Manager</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervisory Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">None</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Work Location & Travel Requirements <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Location: Austin</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work Environment: Office</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Travel %: 0</li> </ul> Schedule/Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday How You Will Stand Out <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">You are team-oriented, approachable, and work well with others.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">You take pride in your work, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">You handle personal and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.</li> </ul> What You Will Love About Us <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Best People and Team.
