MDM Operations Analyst

1. Maintain and govern customer, vendor, product master data, and sales pricing data in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with data quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Develop and update MDM standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions in alignment with global standards while addressing Asia regional business requirements. Create and deliver training materials for business stakeholders.
3. Perform data quality analysis, identify data inconsistencies, and collaborate with business owners to drive data cleansing and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Conduct root cause analysis for master data and system-related issues, and work closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and relevant teams to implement effective solutions and process improvements.
5. Support internal and external audits by ensuring data governance compliance and providing required documentation, reporting, and analysis.
6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations, performance monitoring, and management decision-making.
7. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the line manager.
