That’s where you come in. <h3>The Role</h3> Menu Representatives are responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Slice’s consumer-facing restaurant menus, including new menu builds, existing menu updates, and ID shop menu creation. They ensure menus are accurate, complete, and delivered on time to support a high-quality ordering experience. <ul> <li>Build new menus, ID shop menus, and update existing restaurant menus accurately and efficiently</li> <li>Optimize menus to follow Slice best practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability</li> <li>Create and configure ID shop menus according to onboarding and operational requirements</li> <li>Process menu-related cases within defined SLAs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution</li> <li>Identify and correct errors in pricing, categories, items, modifiers, availability, and menu structure</li> <li>Review incoming cases for completeness and flag missing, unclear, or conflicting information</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve menu-related requests</li> <li>Monitor and support the initial setup of menus for new and ID shops to ensure readiness for launch</li> <li>Perform quality checks to confirm menus are customer-ready before publishing</li> <li>Use internal tools, documentation, and reporting to manage menu data accurately</li> <li>Maintain clear and detailed case notes for visibility and tracking</li> <li>Contribute feedback on tools, processes, and workflows to improve menu accuracy and efficiency</li> <li>Support special projects such as menu optimizations, audits, migrations, and system improvements </li> </ul>   <ul> <li>The Winning Recipe </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Good English written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of American (specifically pizzeria) menus</li> <li>High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize work effectively</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment</li> <li>1+ year of experience in data entry, menu management, or a similar role preferred</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex or incomplete requests</li> <li>Ability to follow established processes while adapting to evolving priorities</li> <li>Working knowledge of internal tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs</li> <li>Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement</li> <li>Collaborative team player with a positive, professional mindset</li> </ul>   The Extras Working at Slice comes with a comprehensive set of benefits, but here are some of the unexpected highlights: <ul> <li>A team obsessed with ping pong tournaments, pizza Fridays and summer parties!</li> <li>Company structure that encourages career development, strong career path in sales; you will be recognized for hard work</li> <li>Wellbeing + learning and development program</li> </ul>   The Hiring Process Here’s what you can expect from our hiring process if your candidacy progresses smoothly.
