MEP BIM Manager

We are searching for a skilled and experienced BIM Manager with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to lead our dynamic team and drive excellence in Building Information Modeling (BIM).The role involves managing interdisciplinary clash coordination, maintaining BIM standards, and ensuring accurate model-based deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with design, execution, and client teams to drive efficient digital workflows and deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the MEP BIM strategy to enhance project efficiency and quality, aligning BIM objectives with overall business goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and support the MEP BIM team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Project Oversight: Oversee MEP BIM implementation across projects, ensuring models and deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards. Technology Integration: Evaluate and adopt emerging MEP BIM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows in coordination with IT. Training & Development: Design and conduct MEP BIM training programs to encourage continuous learning and skill advancement within the team. Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for MEP BIM deliverables, conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand BIM expectations and present solutions effectively, ensuring clear and professional communication. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP BIM processes smoothly into project workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a BIM Manager with a focus on MEP systems. In-depth knowledge of MEP BIM software and technologies (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to MEP BIM.
