This role is critical to integrating newly acquired companies into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) ERP systems by ensuring a successful transition to the new Dynamics ERP system. Primary responsibilities include configuring the foundational structure of the ERP to support expansion.

- Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements for the new entity, including its legal structure, regulatory compliance needs, and intercompany relationships.
- Design, implement, and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, with a focus on test automation. You will build frameworks for automated regression, end-to-end, and integration testing.
- Perform quality assurance on key deliverables (including test plans), and ensure the project stays on track.
- Lead functional testing efforts, ensuring the quality and functionality of the implemented solution, and managing the deployment process.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet specified requirements and do not negatively impact other areas of the system.

- Drive business process automation and efficiency by leveraging ERP technologies and new features.
- Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems. Must be willing to deep dive into system issues while deploying a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving. Tenacity, perseverance, and creativity are needed to keep exploring different solutions, even when the first attempts don't succeed.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and related work experience is acceptable.
- 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
