What You'll Do

  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Analyze AI/ML systems and subsystems used on weapons platforms
  • Identifies uses, vulnerabilities, limitations, performance, accuracy, and robustness
  • Develops mathematical models and simulations of AI behavior

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML analysis, model evaluations, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing
  • Minimum 8 years with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in weapons-platform AI, autonomy/counter-autonomy, AI testing/evaluation, red teaming, or model robustness
