Mobile Engineer

<p style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">About the Role:</span></p><p style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt; margin: 0in;">As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for facility building maintenance focusing on retail sites within the Baltimore area. You’ll be focused on several trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building repairs. The company provides a fully equipped vehicle, essential tools, fuel card, relevant technology and a branded uniform to support job performance.</p><p style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt; margin: 0in;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">What You’ll Do:</span></p><ul style="direction: ltr; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in; unicode-bidi: embed;"><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, plumbing, structural and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Review inspections of building including HVAC, plumbing and electrical to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills in reviewing work orders, provide estimated time of completion and materials needed to complete the repair.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain truck stock inventory to account for adequate supplies and tools.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Preform preventive maintenance work orders to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: Aptos; font-size: 12pt;">Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
