Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Mobile Lending Specialist to join our growing team in the Hunter Valley region. In this flexible, mobile role, you’ll deliver personalised banking solutions and build strong relationships across the city’s vibrant communities. This isn’t your typical desk job. As a Mobile Lending Specialist, you’ll be on the move in your Beyond Bank branded out—meeting customers where it suits them best. You’ll be the face of our business, delivering tailored financial solutions with a personal touch.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture strong networks across the Hunter region, uncovering new opportunities in dynamic local communities.
  • Drive home lending growth in key regions
  • Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
  • Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to truly understand and meet member needs.
  • Deliver bespoke lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.
  • Play a key role in driving business success in your designated region.

Qualifications

As a Mobile Lending Specialist, you will proactively build community and business relationships that attract new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers and promote the Beyond Bank profile and brand.  

  • Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills
  • Home lending experience
  • High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus
  • Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships
  • The ability to carry out needs-based conversations
  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to make a positive contribution to the local community
  • Strong Lending experience is highly desirable

  • Full-time (75 hours per fortnight)
  • Flexible role with the opportunity to work remotely
  • $120,000 to $140,000 (inc super) per year (with company vehicle)
