Purpose of the role: Manages workflow in a company and organizes the transfer of various data. Your Responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Ensure efficient and priority driven task allocation among the data integration team.</li> <li>Monitor the data integration workflow according to set priorities and deadlines.</li> <li>Monitor and manage the Zendesk ticket workflow.</li> <li>Capture restaurant and menu data.</li> <li>Maintain close relationships with all relevant internal departments.</li> <li>Maintain relationships regarding restaurants’ menus and operational details with Mr D Food’s partners.</li> <li>Support with ad-hoc reporting and projects.</li> <li>Support the Data Integration Team Leader with quality assurance efforts on a restaurant’s menu and operational data.</li> <li>Support the Data Integration Team Leader with the training of new starters.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of system and other improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Report on restaurant integration performance metrics to the Data Integration Manager.</li> <li>Perform Ad-hoc tasks.</li> </ul> Attributes required: <ul> <li>Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-pressure environment</li> <li>Ability to prioritise workloads</li> <li>Ability to work independently but also be a team player</li> <li>Must be computer literate in MS office packages</li> <li>Must have good communication skills and be fluent in English</li> <li>Must be able to work overtime when required</li> <li>An enthusiasm for food</li> <li>Willingness to support the greater Mr D team to achieve its aspiring goals</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>NQF 6 or higher</li> <li>Minimum of 2-3 years in a data capturing position</li> </ul> Let’s talk about life @ Mr D <ul> <li>The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
