The analyst will be required to take ownership of established reporting topics and their growth, with some guidance required for their growth. The analyst will also be required to independently meet with stakeholders/Product Managers to discuss reporting requirements in various areas across the business and propose, spec & implement solutions with some guidance from senior team members. Meetings with BI devs to implement/test solutions are required, but closely managed. Your responsibilities will include: Generate regular reports and provide insights/recommendations to the business on: <ul> <li>Customer performance and metrics to drive business objectives</li> <li>Customer order and engagement behaviour </li> <li>Analyse the success and effectiveness of product and process changes </li> <li>Identify opportunities for growth within the business based on demand, and competitor activity.</li> <li>Facilitate the performance improvement of the growth team within the business through the identification of operational and product weaknesses through testing/analysis and recommending process changes.</li> <li>Implementing reporting requirements and facilitating report automation with the BI team.</li> <li>Assisting the Growth Team in compiling special enquiry reports.</li> <li>Meeting with stakeholders/Product Managers to discuss reporting requirements in various areas across the business and propose, spec & implement solutions with some guidance from senior team members.</li> </ul> Attributes Required: <ul> <li>Attention to detail in a high pressure environment. </li> <li>Strong analytical ability.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills.</li> <li>Intermediate SQL skills Experience working with a visualisation platform (e.g. Qlikview, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)</li> <li>Ability to verbalise and visualise findings/results.</li> <li>Ability to identify areas of improvement in current processes.</li> <li>Ability to use logic and common sense to arrive at conclusions</li> </ul> Qualifications and experience: <ul> <li>Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, science or engineering.</li> <li>2+ years experience in an operations, finance, consulting, analysis or BI environment</li> </ul> Let’s talk about life @ Mr D <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">The power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
