Responsibilities
The NetSuite Application Support Analyst is responsible for day‑to‑day operational support of NetSuite and its related system integrations. This role works closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reconciliation of integrations, and resolution of user support issues. The position serves as an entry‑level role within the NetSuite team and provides exposure to NetSuite administration, integrations, and project work while supporting senior analysts and developers.
NetSuite Operations & Integration Support
- Perform daily monitoring and reconciliation of data integrations between NetSuite and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., commission systems, planning, or other financial applications).
- Identify, research, and resolve data discrepancies related to integrations, transactions, or system processes.
- Escalate complex issues to NetSuite Business Analysts or Developers with clear documentation and findings.
- Assist in maintaining integration logs, reconciliation checklists, and operational documentation.
Application Support & User Assistance
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for NetSuite users, primarily supporting accounting and finance teams.
- Respond to support requests related to transactions, reports, saved searches, and basic system configuration.
- Assist with user access requests, role troubleshooting, and navigation questions.
- Ensure support issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved in accordance with established SLAs.
Project & Enhancement Support
- Act as a project support resource during NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
- Assist senior team members with testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test data, executing test cases, and documenting results.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on system stability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and reconciliation procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend operational improvements or automation opportunities.
- Develop a growing understanding of NetSuite modules, integrations, and accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in application support, ERP support, or financial systems support.
- Exposure to NetSuite or another ERP system preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially related to data validation and reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts (e.g., GL, AR, AP, journal entries).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical team members and business users.
- Comfortable working in a production support environment with daily operational responsibilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting system integrations or data interfaces.
- Familiarity with SQL, saved searches, or basic reporting concepts.
- Experience working with accounting or finance teams.
- Exposure to testing methodologies and UAT processes.
- Desire to grow into a NetSuite Business Analyst or technical role over time.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working. Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
