Overview of the Role 
 

Key responsibilities:   

  • Manages land plot, tenant and other databases associated with the administration of the land portfolio and leases in Romania. 

  • Manages correspondence with tenants, lease agreements and rent invoicing. 

  • Manages the modelling around acquisition, swap, sell and lease projects offering support to the Regional Managers, and to the Country Manager. 

  • Interaction with the Accounting and Legal and Consultancy service providers as needed to ensure property transactions, lease agreements and rent invoicing are progressed to achieve fund strategy and objectives. 

  • Supporting other staff as necessary.   

Qualifications & Experience Required  

  • Good finance, accounting skills  

  • IT skills, particularly excel, word for database management. 

  • Good knowledge of general office equipment and communication systems. 

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Agricultural Business or Finance preferred. 

  • Farming or Real Estate / Property background or knowledge desirable. 

  • Fluency in Romanian and English essential with an additional language an advantage. 

Competencies Required 

  • Good organizational skills, time management and independent judgement. 

  • Good at adhering to tight deadlines and managing time and priorities setting. 

  • Ability to prioritise work streams for efficient workflow to meet deadlines. 

  • Discretion and confidentiality concerning the activities of the company 

  • Initiative, pro-actively originating ideas and providing suggestions of solutions. 

  • Good written and oral communication skills, maintaining positive, enthusiastic attitude.
