We operate where complexity exists — turning local challenges into global opportunities, and building the infrastructure that allows payments to move further, faster, and smarter.

We are a team of builders and problem-solvers. We think globally, act with curiosity, and believe diversity of thought is a competitive advantage.
As EBANX enters its next phase of hyper growth, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of payments, expand what’s possible, and help connect businesses and consumers across borders.
Let’s build what’s next — together.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Develop, evolve, and maintain observability and monitoring solutions using Splunk, ensuring visibility and reliability for critical environments and large-scale operations;
• Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, event correlations, and integrations through APIs, Webhooks, and data ingestion pipelines, supporting proactive incident and anomaly detection;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, continuous improvements, and the evolution of data-driven monitoring strategies;

What you need to shine in this role

• Advanced knowledge of Splunk (Search, Dashboards, Alerts, ITSI, and SPL), along with experience with observability and monitoring platforms;
• Experience with log, metrics, and traces analysis, monitoring architecture, large-scale data manipulation, and SQL knowledge;
• Advanced English proficiency, strong analytical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to influence technical and operational decisions;

Bonus points if you have

• Certifications related to Splunk, Observability, Cloud, or SRE (Power User, Admin, Enterprise Certified, AWS, Azure, GCP, among others);
• Experience with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, or similar monitoring and observability solutions;
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Observability, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, SRE, or related fields.

EBANX offers:
• Performance Bonus: Annual bonus program based on company results.
• Meal Allowance: Monthly allowance to support your meals.
• EBANX Education: Financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs to support your professional growth.
• EBANX Skills: Dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops to encourage continuous learning.
• Language Classes: Language classes to support your personal and professional development.
• Health & Well-being: Medical and dental plans with extensive coverage, including support for dependents and wellness programs.
Flexible Work Culture: Semi-flexible hours, additional day off on your birthday.
• Well-being Program: Access to activities and resources that promote physical and mental health.
