OFE & FIA Coordinator – Data Center Construction Projects
Job Description
We are hiring an OFE (Owner Furnished Equipment) & FIA (Free Issue Assets) Coordinator to manage client-supplied materials across mission-critical data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate delivery of owner-supplied equipment.
- Manage inventory, storage, and allocation of FIA/OFE materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and logistics teams.
- Ensure schedule alignment and minimize project delays.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or construction coordination.
- Experience with owner-supplied equipment in large projects preferred.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
