<p><span style="color:black">The role delivers high-quality performance analysis and reporting to support Overhead Lines Asset Operations in making evidence-based decisions and improving operational outcomes. It is responsible for sourcing, validating and managing operational datasets; defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs); and developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and performance reporting packs. The role applies analytical techniques to identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Findings are communicated clearly and effectively, translating complex data into recommendations and actions that support continuous improvement and robust performance management.</span></p>

</div><div><ul>
<li><span style="color:black">Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support performance reporting and decision-making.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Support the development and automation of performance packs at different organisational levels.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Analyse operational data to identify trends, drivers, gaps and improvement opportunities.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data quality, consistency and relevance.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Support the OHL Performance Lead by producing clear narrative and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Ensure reporting aligns with agreed performance frameworks, definitions and systems of record.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Contribute to the development of a centralised OHL Performance Centre, including standard reporting, definitions and governance.</span></li>

</div><div><ul>
<li><span style="color:black">A degree in statistics (or equivalent professional experience).</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">A minimum of two years’ demonstrable experience in a performance analyst role.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Experience using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Experience working with data, performance measures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Demonstrable experience using Power BI to build and present organisational datasets, translating data into insights and actionable outcomes.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and gain buy-in for change.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interrogate data and translate findings into practical recommendations.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">A sound understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance reporting.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Excellent IT skills, including proven proficiency in Power BI, Excel and SharePoint.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">Experience working with large-scale datasets and managing data to support reporting and analysis.</span></li>
<li><span style="color:black">A problem-solving mindset and natural curiosity, with the ability to explore complex data and develop logical, evidence-based solutions.</span></li>
