Title: Onboarding Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Grade: 8

Manage and coordinate data points, follow-ups, and dependencies to drive the successful delivery of customer projects. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and adherence to timelines.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

One of the top strategic priorities for NCR Services is accelerating the global adoption of Remote Service Management (RSM), Managed Services (MS) and ATM as a Service (ATMaaS). As part of the Global Services Strategy and Transformation program team, this role will contribute to the deployment of NCR’s Remote Service Management (RSM), Managed Services (MS) and ATM as a Service (ATMaaS) systems, processes, and training programs.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple complex tasks. 
  • Liaising with all relevant team members involved in project delivery to ensure all steps are in place for smooth delivery
  • Contribute meeting project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with multiple internal teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Compliance) and customers to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and dependencies to senior management regularly.
  • Responsible for coordinating projects communications, including compiling project information for reviews and reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and internal stakeholders.

Required Skillsets

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze project metrics and data to inform decision-making teams.
  • Good understanding of telecommunications / network / information technology solutions & products
  • Good coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals and statuses clearly.
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proactive in seeking out potential issues before they escalate.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to deliver quality work.
  • Minimum B2 English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Previous experience in project support environment is a plus
  • Experience with ATM projects or similar technology onboarding processes is a plus.
