Operational Technology and Control Systems Cybersecurity Program Analyst
Overview
LMI is seeking an Operational Technology and Control Systems Cybersecurity Program Analyst to provide consulting, program administration, and operational technology cybersecurity subject matter expertise to support the development of a leading new Enterprise-level Control System Cybersecurity Program Office. The role will blend the aforementioned skill sets to support Office leadership and Senior Advisor in the creation, implementation, and oversight of a controls-related cybersecurity risk management program for a large government client. Candidates may need to be available to work onsite in Arlington, VA and an active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide consulting skills to interface and collaborate with a large group of Department and Private Sector stakeholders on a broad range of control systems cybersecurity topics.
- Provide support to coordinate cybersecurity activities and initiatives across multiple large stakeholder groups.
- Assist in building complex solutions for cross-organizational cybersecurity challenges
- Leverage knowledge of NIST 800 series focusing on Operational Technology, CSF, and Zero Trust standards to provide technical cybersecurity support for cybersecurity policy and technical guidance
- Provide input to and analysis of proposed policy and process changes. This will include security impacts, requirements and implications.
- Interface with Senior and Action Officer-level Department Officials to collaborate on programmatic and technical cybersecurity issues.
- Provide consulting support to the customer in the form of briefings, issue papers, meeting facilitation to advance the objectives of the office.
- Assist Leadership in running day-to-day operations of the Program Office, inclusive of maintaining the Office calendar for working group, inter-departmental meetings, as well as Team Tasks and Actions.
- Maintain the Office’s instance of the Department’s Communications and Task Management System (CATMS)
- Develop frameworks, policies and processes to reduce the risk from potential cyber security gaps for energy control systems at military installations.
- Resolve and identify complex cyber security issues and problems. Prepare briefings on cyber security / IAs issues to be given to leadership / management.
- Prepare briefings on cybersecurity issues to be given to leadership / management.
- Draft technical and non-technical correspondence, information papers, and other materials to respond to external and congressional inquiries regarding the agency’s energy cyber security initiates
- Provide assistance in developing network security implementation guidance, including preparation and oversight of the execution of policies and procedures to ensure continuous security governance architectures.
- Provide assistance in the oversight to ensure implemented security safeguards, policies and practices are disseminated and adopted across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, National Security, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Policy or Related Field. (experience may substitute for educational requirement)
- 3+ years experience in public policy or program support
- Strong collaboration skills, able to manage & navigate differing perspectives, & have an ability to drive projects and initiatives to successful closure
- Familiarity with OT architectures, frameworks and their applications in security strategies
- Ability to develop or draft policies, program documents, briefings, memos, information papers and other written products for senior executives
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, customer relationship and management skills
- Exposure to and familiarity with cybersecurity issues, threat identification and tools, and risk analyses
The target salary range for this position is $93,000-$125,000.
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
