Your opportunity:

The Operations Analyst supports the delivery and continuous improvement of operational reporting, dashboard maintenance, and business performance support across the Customer Experience branch.

This role is responsible for maintaining existing reporting assets, supporting data validation and quality improvements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring reliable reporting services. The role will also develop foundational knowledge of modern analytics platforms, including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, to support the ongoing uplift of the P&I capability.

About you:

You're a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with data to uncover insights and support informed decision-making. Comfortable working independently, you have a keen eye for accuracy and are confident managing, analysing and maintaining data across multiple systems. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful data solutions and reporting that drives better outcomes.

  • A tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field (IT, Analytics) or relevant work experience.

  • Experience working in data analytics within a large, complex organisation.

  • Experience identifying, analysing and providing recommendations on business functions incorporating ‘big data’, with a strong focus on quality management and continuous improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and report on data from a variety of sources.

  • Experience maintaining data integrity, managing data structures and ensuring information is accurate, up to date and accessible.

  • Ability to gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement, interviews and process analysis.

  • Proficient in preparing reports and delivering meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making.

  • A collaborative communicator who builds positive relationships and works effectively across teams to deliver quality outcomes.
