The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.</div>This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA About the Role Job Opening: Operations Analyst II Job Duties: <ul> <li>Lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning and operational optimization systems, defining core logic, data structures, and workflow requirements.</li> <li>Develop analytical frameworks and forecasting models to support labor allocation, productivity evaluation, and operational planning across fulfillment centers.</li> <li>Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable system features, data pipelines, and analytical tools.</li> <li>Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models to enable accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Conduct cross-functional analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li> <li>Align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize planning methodologies, labor definitions, and system workflows.</li> <li>Present insights, system recommendations, and planning scenarios to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment.</li> </ul> Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Science or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in: <ol> <li>System Architecture & Workflow Design</li> <li>Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development</li> <li>Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Modeling</li> <li>Data Modeling & Metric Architecture</li> <li>Enterprise Dashboard Architecture & BI Tool Design</li> <li>Process Optimization & Operational Design</li> </ol> Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
