Job Description

Schedule: Night Shift

The Operations Analyst is responsible for consolidating regional KPIs into unified Group-level metrics, developing visualizations to support leadership reporting, and analyzing financial and operational trends across US & UK regions to explain performance variances and drive informed decision-making.

KPI Consolidation

  • Compile US & UK KPIs into consolidated Group-level KPIs
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of KPI definitions across regions
  • Maintain a reliable process for ongoing KPI aggregation and reporting

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Create clear, accurate visualizations from consolidated KPI data
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports that effectively communicate Group-level performance to leadership
  • Continuously refine visualizations to improve clarity, usability, and stakeholder engagement

Trend Analysis & Variance Explanation

  • Compare US & UK financial and operational trends to identify performance patterns
  • Investigate and explain material differences in results between regions
  • Provide data-backed insights and context to support leadership discussions and decision-making
  • Highlight risks, anomalies, or areas requiring further investigation

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills for multi-region KPI consolidation
  • Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • Familiarity with financial and operational reporting structures

Analytical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and clearly explain variances across regions
  • Comfort working with both financial and operational data sets

Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across regions/time zones (US & UK)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple reporting cycles

Experience

  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations analysis, financial analysis, or business intelligence
  • Experience working with multi-region or multi-entity data (e.g., US & UK) preferred

Additional Information

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or related field
