<h1>Operations &amp; Data Manager (20–25 hrs. per week)</h1> <h2>Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison</h2> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>UW Hillel, located on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, is looking for a part-time Development Operations and Data Coordinator to maintain our ever-growing donor database. This position will work closely with our Director of Operations, Development Officer and CEO.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Gift processing across multiple donation platforms</li> <li>Acknowledgements, billing, pledge reconciliations</li> <li>Manual syncing between databases</li> <li>Database hygiene, deduplication, regular reporting</li> <li>Mailchimp segmentation, list management</li> <li>Data integration from form applications</li> <li>Basic office/admin workflows</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>1–3+ years of relevant experience in office environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of Donor Management software such as Little Green Light, Salesforce WIX, Canva, Monday.com, a plus but not required</li> </ul> <h2>Compensation</h2> <ul> <li>Salary range: $25-$32/hour commensurate with experience</li> </ul> <h2>About Hillel at the University of Wisconsin–Madison</h2> <p>With nearly 5,000 Jewish students on campus, UW Hillel is among the largest and most dynamic Hillels in the country.
