Operations Management Analyst

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Operations Management Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service.  This is a mission critical position that will support the Government through data analysis and operational and program management support leading to improved organizational and operational performance.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational processes and organizational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct research and analysis of technical and operational data to support executive decision-making
• Develop reports, dashboards, flowcharts, executive briefings, and presentation materials
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports
• Evaluate business processes and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and analyze operational data
