Oracle Business Support Analyst, Change Agent
Do you enjoy being at the centre of change, making sure new features and updates land smoothly rather than chaotically? Then join our Oracle Business Support team as a Change Agent, where you’ll help shape, plan and deliver changes that genuinely improve how a large organisation works.
As an Oracle Business Support Change Agent, you’ll sit right in the middle of our Oracle change activity – helping to plan, test and roll out changes in a controlled, well‑communicated way. You’ll support the forward schedule of change process, coordinate environments and testing, review new Oracle features, and help turn ideas into practical, user‑focused improvements. You’ll create and update Oracle Guided Learning content and user guidance, work with business areas to understand what’s really needed, and make sure change records, risks and impacts are properly captured. It’s ideal if you enjoy fast‑paced environments, joining the dots between teams, and making change feel manageable rather than scary.
