Basic Purpose:
Under the direction, guidance and oversight of the Product Owner, drive the strategic direction of Order To Cash Operations by leading, executing and implementing changes around process reengineering, automation, centralization, smart-shoring and technology. Review existing processes (non-Oracle and Oracle); evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience and execute selected enhancements/improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage subject matter expertise within Oracle cloud Order to Cash; continue to build upon existing knowledge and develop new knowledge for areas within Order to Cash Operations.
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities to enhance processes and procedures improving efficiency, accuracy or user experience and execute on selected enhancements/improvements.
- Perform analysis and functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules Order To Cash Cloud modules (Subscription management, Order Management, Pricing and Account Receivables).
- Gather requirements and document business processes.
- Able to demonstrate how cloud processes are different from ERP applications.
- Document business processes and technical designs.
- Support System conversions.
- Provide Cloud functional application guidance to team regarding Cloud best practices during implementation.
- Manage functional issues and work effectively with Oracle Cloud Support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/related discipline
- 3 - 6 years of implementing Oracle Fusion Order to Cash experience required
- Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and recommend solutions that address expressed needs within the project
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to illustrate ideas, concepts, recommendations, and technical/complex information in a clear and concise timely manner, at a level consistent with the audience
- Fluent with Microsoft Excel/Word
- Ability to analyze situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, determine and recommend practical courses of action using innovative, good judgment and strategic thinking
- Strong leadership skills; ability to lead, motivate and inspire various teams on initiatives without individual’s directly reporting to them, including strong diplomacy skills when managing different viewpoints and resistance
- Strong organizational skills including demonstrated tenacity for following up with team members and leadership on outstanding items
