We collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure that Akamai orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include reviewing approvals, customer details, product information, pricing, contract structure, and opportunity details to prepare approved documentation for Sales Representatives.

As an Order Analyst, you support sales with ordering topics, focusing on paperwork creation, document accuracy, and compliance review.
As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Cooperating daily with sales in order to find the best and optimal contract structure
- Gathering customer feedback from our sales team to efficiently translate needs into valid orders/contracts for our services and products
- Assisting our sales team with the renewal of existing customer contracts
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Tracking and reviewing the status of in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with our internal policies
- Acting as a subject matter expert on sales policies, identifying potential improvements, and drafting business terms for unique deal requirements.
- Staying up to date with Akamai products portfolio updates (pricing, structure, features)
- Attending meetings to advise on questions or issues sales teams are facing, relating to the order process

To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrate passion for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management while comprehending processes thoroughly from start to finish.
- Demonstrate experience with Salesforce, including CPQ and SFDC, while Siebel knowledge serves as an additional skill set.
- Present excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrate proven success handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, exhibit ability to work independently, and initiate actions.
- Be a team player who communicates and works well with a wide range of people from various functions and cultures
