<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</strong></p>
<p>The <strong>Order Management Associate</strong> supports the end-to-end execution of customer material orders for large-scale infrastructure environments, including ISP networks, edge deployments, and major enterprise customers.</p>
<p>This role is responsible for managing high volumes of complex orders while working closely with internal teams and global partners to ensure accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Success in this position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate operational complexity across multiple stakeholders and geographies.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Order Execution & Customer Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the full lifecycle of customer material orders from intake through delivery and closure.</li>
<li>Process, validate, and track purchase orders, shipments, and fulfillment activities.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary contact for customer order inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Global Partner & Stakeholder Coordination</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams across regions and time zones.</li>
<li>Coordinate order requirements with cross-functional partners including procurement, operations, engineering, finance, and customer teams.</li>
<li>Support large infrastructure customers, including hyperscalers and global service providers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compliance & Operational Accuracy</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all orders adhere to contractual terms, export/import requirements, and internal compliance standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.</li>
<li>Support resolution of order exceptions, escalations, and compliance-related issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>High-Volume Order Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle large order volumes with speed and precision while meeting service-level expectations.</li>
<li>Identify recurring fulfillment challenges and recommend process improvements.</li>
<li>Support reporting on order performance, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain operations, or customer fulfillment.</li>
<li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>DESIRABLE CRITERIA:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting ISP infrastructure, edge deployments, or large enterprise/hyperscale customers.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP and order management systems (Jira, Sage/X3, Odoo).</li>
<li>Knowledge of compliance requirements such as export controls, customs processes, or regulated materials handling.</li>
<li>Ability to manage competing priorities and escalate risks proactively.</li>
</ul>
