Order to Cash Sr Principal Analyst
Overview
This position reports to the Director, Order to Cash (OTC), and will develop and execute the OTC strategy on our BD integration enterprise program as an expert – making high value decisions related to the OTC process and systems. The OTC Senior Principal Analyst is responsible for leveraging their industry and functional expertise to identify and drive highly impactful global process implementations, support fit/gap assessment of the BD businesses, work with the S4 Hana core team to provide requirements, make recommendations on future organizational structure and evaluate/implement appropriate tools to facilitate work like a Contracts Lifecycle Management tool.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of OTC to execute fit/gap sessions to evalute current process and systems used by acquired businesses. Make determinations on level of effort for change required.
- Provide requirements to S4 Hana (SAP) core team so system build can be completed. Help coordinate resources for testing.
- Compile and analyze resourcing and capacity of acquired businesses. After evaluation, make recommendations for future state, post TSA organization based on capacity and strategy.
- Support Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) workstream along with other boundary application assessments to determine future state systems.
- Support transition of all digital customer ordering (EDI, eCommerce, etc) to Waters' systems with no disruption to business.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA Preferred. Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Experience
- Approximately 12+ years of experience in Order to Cash consulting or Order to Cash line management of functions like Accounts Receivable and Order Management.
- Demonstrated past of leveraging significant judgement and autonomy to drive business results. Has shown comfort in taking high level direction and making strategic plans that align to strategic direction.
- Demonstrated functional expertise in a global, dynamic, and deadline driven environment.
- Expertise is supported with professional certifications, functional education and/or deep industry relationships.
- Expertise in Process Mapping and Change Management.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems that may be related to process, technology, or strategy.
- Mastery of functional knowledge of key business processes (Order to Cash); demonstrated business acumen to learn other business disciplines; has shown adaptability in strategic scenarios and for highly complex problems.
- Prior business case development experience and organizational design a plus.
- Experience with implementation of technology programs that support global process improvement. SAP Preferred. Ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications.
