What does a Organizational Change Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Organizational Change Analyst supports organizational change management efforts at Swire Coca-Cola that help employees successfully adopt new processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working. This role is designed for someone with foundational exposure to change management, whether through formal OCM (Organizational Change Management) work, project support, training coordination, communications, stakeholder engagement, or employee readiness activities. The analyst partners with project teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate change deliverables, support communication and training plans, gather readiness feedback, document adoption risks, and help ensure employees are prepared for change. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships while developing deeper expertise in organizational change managementResponsibilities: Support the planning and execution of change management activities by coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and helping project teams maintain adoption readiness for organizational initiatives Create and distribute communications that explain change impacts, timelines, and expectations to employees and stakeholders Coordinate training and employee enablement activities that prepare users to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working Gather stakeholder feedback and document readiness concerns, resistance themes, and adoption risks to support decision-making Maintain change management documentation, project records, dashboards, and status reports to ensure information remains accurate and accessible Provide transition support during and after implementation by responding to employee questions and escalating adoption challenges when needed Requirements: Associate’s degree required 1+ years Change Management preferred Knowledge of fundamental organizational change management principles, methodologies, and practices Strong written communications, presentations, FAQs, and employee-facing change materials History of coordinating multiple tasks, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced project environment Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing stakeholder feedback and readiness data Execution of training coordination and employee enablement practices Microsoft Office and collaboration tools experience supporting communication, reporting, and project activities   #LI-AI1
