Position Summary
The OT Systems Analyst evaluates and improves the performance, reliability, and usability of OT systems. The role analyzes historian/alarm data, documents requirements and workflows, supports change management, and helps prioritize upgrades and remediation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historian/alarm/event data to identify reliability issues, nuisance alarms, and optimization opportunities.
Document functional requirements, workflows, and user stories; support testing and validation.
Maintain configuration baselines and change records; assist with standards and SOPs.
Coordinate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations on improvement plans and schedules.
Prepare reports/dashboards on KPIs and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications
4+ years in OT/SCADA environments as analyst, engineer, or similar.
Experience with historians (e.g., Ignition/AVEVA/PI), alarm management, and data visualization (Power BI).
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed. Site work may require PPE, walking/standing on uneven surfaces, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
