Payroll Analyst

Codec is seeking an experienced, commercially aware Payroll Analyst to take ownership of payroll operations across the business. This is a key role within the Finance team, requiring a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This role is a full time role but we will also accept candidates who are looking for a part time opportunity.

The successful candidate will be a versatile, hands-on operator who can work collaboratively with Finance, HR, and external stakeholders, while continuously improving payroll processes and controls.
