To continue our success, we are looking for a Payroll Assoc Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract until January 2027 who will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with legislation, agreements, and company policies. Also supports management with reporting and analysis while delivering high-quality customer service for payroll-related queries. For you:   Competitive benefits package Health & Wellness programs Professional development programs Global career opportunities Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time in line with schedules, compliance requirements, and task lists. Act as an SME for Kronos and Affinity, supporting queries, system improvements, testing, and team upskilling. Maintain accurate employee records, leave entitlements, and payroll data integrity in line with legislation and HR instructions. Handle payroll queries and payments (including Inpat and Expat employees) promptly while ensuring strong compliance and internal controls. Provide reporting, audit support, and operational assistance while contributing to team goals, compliance, and workplace health and safety. Qualifications About you: Over 5 years’ experience in complex multinational payroll environments, with preference for FMCG or manufacturing sectors. Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing with experience in Affinity and Kronos systems. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, superannuation, and interpreting Enterprise Bargaining Agreements. Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills. Effective time management, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
