This position is ideal for an early-career professional or recent graduate to join Align Technology’s Global People Analytics team as a People Analytics Analyst I, supporting the development, maintenance, and operational execution of people data products. Partnering closely with the People Analytics Lead and cross-functional HR teams, you will contribute to Power BI dashboards, recurring reporting, and data quality operations that enable leaders to access consistent, trusted workforce insights.
