Based in Brisbane or Perth (Hybrid), this is a full-time opportunity working in a collaborative, high-impact team environment.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with senior P&C leaders and executives to translate workforce data into meaningful, actionable insights
  • Design and deliver intuitive, high-impact dashboards and reporting using Power BI
  • Proactively identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic workforce planning and decision-making
  • Develop and optimise scalable data models, integrated datasets, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead best-practice data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of people data globally
  • Drive the shift from reactive reporting to a proactive, insight-led analytics function
  • Enable self-service analytics and uplift data literacy across P&C and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Digital and external vendors to enhance data architecture and analytics capability

Skills you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior people analytics or workforce analytics role, ideally within a complex, multi-region organisation
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI (including DAX and performance tuning), SQL, and Excel (Power Query)
  • Strong background in data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration across multiple systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Exceptional data visualisation and storytelling capability, translating complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
  • Strong understanding of workforce metrics and employee lifecycle data
  • Experience establishing or working within data governance frameworks
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and build data capability in non-technical audiences

What’s in it for you?

Working with a global business, you’ll play a key role in shaping how workforce data supports strategic growth, including M&A activity, organisational transformation, and operational excellence.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Drive meaningful change by embedding a data-led culture across P&C and the broader business
  • Work with modern technology stacks and contribute to evolving analytics capabilities
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and influence high-impact business decisions
  • Grow your career within a global organisation spanning 11 countries

We offer flexible / hybrid working, access to the latest tools and technology, additional leave options, health discounts, and a range of employee benefits.
